Terms of use
Plain rules for using the extension and this website.
1. What this is
YouTube Turbo Downloader is a browser extension made by AWHADI that lets you save videos and audio that your browser can already play. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
2. Your responsibility
You may only download content that you own, that is licensed for downloading (for example Creative Commons or public domain) or that the law of your country allows you to copy. You are responsible for respecting copyright, the rights of creators and the terms of the services you use, including YouTube's Terms of Service. Do not use the extension to infringe anyone's rights or to redistribute content without permission.
3. No warranty
The extension is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. YouTube changes its service often, so downloads may stop working or be unavailable at times. We try to keep it working but cannot promise it.
4. Liability
To the extent the law allows, AWHADI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits arising from the use of the extension or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
5. Optional services
Features that need our server (such as secure verification) are provided on a best-effort basis and may change or be withdrawn. We may add paid features in the future; if we do, they will be described clearly before you buy them.
6. Acceptable use of our server
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, or gain unauthorised access to our servers or other users' data. Report security problems through the support form instead.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Use the support form. See also the privacy policy.
